9 months

You: grew 2 little teeth this month. haven't taken any steps yet, but can stand by yourself. have started to point at things you want us to look at (and it melts our hearts!!). wave hello/bye bye. blow kisses. clap your hands. can say the words DADA, HELLO ("lo-lo"), LOVE YOU ("lo-lu"), YUM, OHHH (when you are excited about something). are now sleeping 11ish hours a night--praise the heavens. are compelled to dance anytime music comes on. get a sneaky smile on your face when you're about to do something you know is naughty. take 2 naps (at 9 and 1:30). love playing with older kids (especially cousins). do this funny thing we like to call "hulk-mode"...basically you clench your teeth and fists and make your face go red--it's hilarious. need a hair cut. are the light of our life.

I: am loving this stage-it is so fun! am still breastfeeding (woot woot! It has NOT been easy so I'm super proud I've made it this long). started teaching dance again and have loved seeing my cute dancers. am excited for fall...bring on the pumpkin bread! am looking forward to Mike's birthday celebrations--we are going to get him good this year. have loved staying home with my baby and am trying not to take it for granted. am pretty much bald...considering extensions. am getting excited for our trip to Mexico. miss that pregnancy "glow" and looking for new skincare products--any recommendations welcome! have enjoyed getting together with more friends this month. have started sewing our halloween costumes--Mike has no choice this year...we are going to celebrate!

1 o'clock church is killing us. It's right when Will usually takes his afternoon nap and last Sunday he had a complete meltdown. We spent the last hour of church driving around looking at dream homes while he napped. At least I got to spend some quality time with my Mike:)
headed to Bear Lake....he is looking like such a little man lately
stopping in Logan for some crepes
now THAT is a pizza. Old Ephraim with the cousins
visiting the Kearl cemetery. My great, great, great grandpa helped settle the Bear Lake area. It was neat to visit his pioneer grave.

Mike's grandmother turned 99 this week. She is amazing. I hope I still get my hair and nails done every week when I am a century old!
