Xtend Barre

Okay here is the dealio.
My body has not been the same since I stopped doing ballet. I know, I know, all yall mombloggers out there are thinking "psh... just you wait". And it's true, I will probably be humming a different tune once I have my first babe, HOWEVER, I do miss my ballet bod. I have been trying tons of different things to tone up, but I think I have finally found a winner. Xtend Barre.
Seriously, look it up. It integrates ballet and palates to create a kickbum workout! If you are like me, meaning you could run until your lungs pop right out of your chest and are still not seeing a noticeable difference in tone....check out Xtend Barre. I went for my very first time today and it was a blast. Okay so I'm cocky. I totally came in thinking "step aside folks and let the ballerina show you what's up". BUT I was super overconfident and it was hard! It is different then ballet for SURE (I still think ballet is harder) but it incorporates more cardio and arms. I want so badly to take a ballet class this fall and I think it would be a good prep so I can be on my game. The only draw back...it is expensive. But hey, if you are deciding between this and a personal trainer I would definitely choose this (take it from a girl whose done both). Besides it is way more fun:) Big Thanks to my husbands old roommates fiance, Whitney, for introducing me!
