William MacKay Derrick was blessed in church last Sunday, January 17th 2016. He was a little over 6 weeks old and it was a marvelous occasion! Mike's sister had her wedding the same weekend, so we decided to hold William's blessing so his siblings from California could attend. Mike gave the sweetest blessing and Will was an angel through the whole event. After church we had a luncheon at the Derrick home. (Will and I did a little quick change before the luncheon so he could eat as well---such is the life of a nursing mom :-) but he looked so darling in his little sweater and I was able to wear a new dress for the event! (we will have to do a reenactment so we can document the outfits!)
